Meet Koffee Kult
Koffee Kult started in 2012, when founder J Mardis got tired of average coffee and decided the only way to get a better cup was to roast it. The family-owned company now roasts in a 5,100-square-foot facility in Hollywood, Florida, with a small team and a retail space. Fresh, in-house roasting is the whole idea, and the brand is best known for bold, dark roasts with a loyal following.

A 1:2 dose-to-yield ratio is a common place to start. Adjust grind and taste — the roaster’s own guidance always wins.
