Brooklyn is Partners Coffee’s house filter blend, built from community-grown coffees from Colombia, Guatemala and Honduras. The roaster describes creamy cocoa, sweet toffee and rich dried fruit, and says it shines in a French press with or without milk. Every bag carries a roast date, and the coffee is lab-tested for mold and heavy metals.

Meet Partners Coffee
Partners Coffee opened its flagship cafe in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2012 and roasts in New York, with cafes in Manhattan and Long Island City too. It sources community-grown coffees through long-term relationships with producers, prints a roast date on every bag, and sends coffees to independent labs to test for mold, mycotoxins and heavy metals before roasting.
