About this coffee

What the roaster tells us.

Coffee Bros. sources this natural from Las Lajas, a micromill in Sabanilla de Alajuela run by third-generation producers Oscar and Francisca Chacón. The Catuai and Caturra cherries are dried with the mill’s slow Alma Negra natural method, and the roaster describes big berry, cocoa and toffee with a clean, sweet body. If you like fruit-forward naturals that stay balanced rather than winey, start here.
