About this coffee
What the roaster tells us.
Fabula’s light roast is an organic Mexican coffee made from Typica, Bourbon and Mundo Novo. The roaster describes mixed nuts, cocoa and red apple with a sugary sweetness, a gentle introduction to lighter roasts rather than a sharp, acidic one. It suits pour over and French press, and like the rest of the range it’s roasted to order and tested for mold and mycotoxins.

The people behind this coffee
Meet Fabula Coffee
Fabula Coffee started after its founders tasted fresh coffee on a mountainside in Peru and couldn't find anything like it back home. Every coffee is USDA organic and non-GMO, from high-altitude, shade-grown smallholder farms in places like Peru, Mexico, Colombia and Honduras. Fabula roasts to order and lab-tests its beans for mold, mycotoxins and pesticides, so it's a good fit if clean sourcing is your priority.
