Peace Coffee began in 1996 as a project of the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy in Minneapolis, set up to connect small farmer cooperatives directly with coffee drinkers. Every coffee it roasts is certified organic and Fair Trade, bought from named co-ops in Peru, Honduras and beyond, and the company is a Certified B Corporation. It still roasts in Minneapolis, where its delivery bikes are a familiar sight.

We may earn a commission when you buy through links on this page. It never decides which coffees we feature. Affiliate disclosure.
